Do you take every garment that's consigned?

No, unfortunately due to the massive volume of clothing we receive we cannot take every garment that is consigned. The appraisal process is based on condition, brand, and season. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship everything out within 48 hours of receiving your order. So you can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days depending on where you live. 

I live in Vancouver, can I pick up at the studio to save shipping costs?

YES. We are located at 205-207 W Hastings Street and are in the studio Tuesdays 12-6pm, Thursdays 11-6pm and Fridays 3-7pm. Use the discount code: LOCALPICKUP at checkout so we know you are going to come collect. 

Do you collaborate with local brands?

What happens to the garments you don't take?

If you'd like your items back, you're more than welcome to pick them up at our office with 48 hours. OR we'll happily donate your items to Dress for Success, or The Get Warm Project. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD). 

What's your return policy?

You can exchange or receive store credit for your purchase within 14 days.

We are currently located in Gastown, Vancouver, BC. Our studio is at 205-207 W Hastings Street in the Dominion building.
